The centre has a number of organisations offering well-being activities
  • Stress Relief (Monday, 10am-11am)
  • Stroke Support (Monday, 11.15am-12.15pm)
  • Yoga (Monday, 7.30pm-8.30pm
  • Pilates (Monday 6.30pm-7.30pm, Tuesday 6.30pm-7.30pm (beginners); 7.30pm-8.30pm; Tuesday 7.30pm-8.30pm; Wednesday 9.30am-10.30am)
  • Breast-feeding Support (Thursdays, 10am-11.30am)
  • La Leche (Friday morning twice a month)
  • Pregnancy Yoga (Wednesdays, 7pm-8pm)
