Well-being at Hope Corner
At present, these activities have not re-started. Please check back here when we hope that some will be back in September.
The centre has a number of organisations offering well-being activities
- Stress Relief (Monday, 10am-11am)
- Stroke Support (Monday, 11.15am-12.15pm)
- Yoga (Monday, 7.30pm-8.30pm
- Pilates (Monday 6.30pm-7.30pm, Tuesday 6.30pm-7.30pm (beginners); 7.30pm-8.30pm; Tuesday 7.30pm-8.30pm; Wednesday 9.30am-10.30am)
- Breast-feeding Support (Thursdays, 10am-11.30am)
- La Leche (Friday morning twice a month)
- Pregnancy Yoga (Wednesdays, 7pm-8pm)
