Women into Construction has announced its second programme in partnership with the Home Builders Federation and nine major homebuilders, with the aim to recruit women into Site Manager roles.
The 2024 programme will soon be available for enthusiastic women who are willing to learn and have a passion for shaping the future of home building and Countryside Partnerships (now part of Vistry Homes), as one of the homebuilders, will be offering work placements and insights into their company, the industry and roles available.
