Eszter Bove, a long-term service provider at Hope Corner, has launched Mama Haven, a pre- and post-natal, baby and parenting session for local mums.
The weekly session runs from 10am – 11.30am on Wednesdays and is aimed at mothers from 3rd, 4th, 5th trimester and beyond.
Mama Haven features a warm and welcoming community space, with baby massage corner, mindful moment, baby toys and refreshments.
Advice on a range of topics such as infant feeding, baby development, sleep, etc. is available and local pre-natal practitioners will be invited to attend on a guest basis.
