Countryside Properties are launching Destiny, a free programme (funded by Countryside Partnerships South), which is open to all students in schools and colleges across London and North Kent aged 14/Year 10 upwards.
The programme is aimed at providing young people with an introduction to a range of careers in the housebuilding sector including development, technical, construction, sales and marketing.
The course runs from October 24 to the end of November 2022.
It is an online virtual work experience course, hosted by Springpod. Students complete the course in their own time and it includes 4 x live webinars with Countryside staff across a range of disciplines.
The Destiny programme should take 10 hours to complete online and if students enjoy the course and are interested in learning more, they can complete optional projects and express their interest to do further in-person work experience with Countryside Partnerships.
